OUR PASSION FOR EMPANADAS

CABA Authentic Argentine empanadas, is a family-owned business founded by Gerardo, an Argentine entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in the food industry.

Before moving to the United States in 2014, Gerardo owned and operated his own pizzeria and empanada shop in Argentina, where he developed a deep passion for traditional cooking and handcrafted recipes.

Today, from the heard of Southern Oregon, he bring the authentic flavors of Argentina to the community, using high quality ingredients, homemade techniques, and dedication in every empanada.
